However, upon returning, Martha is in a different condition than expected after two years of working abroad. Something happened to her during her time as a palm oil laborer.　　Orpa, as the head of the family, has had to become a strong and resilient mother. With patience, she works on restoring Martha’s mental well-being and supports their two daughters by producing palm sugar to sell at the market.
